Victoria spent 20 years inside large global organisations delivering bespoke leadership programmes. Then, halfway up Haystacks in the Lake District, she had a very clear thought: "why am I building this for everyone else?"
Years of designing transformational experiences suddenly pointed in one direction, do it on her own terms.
That climb became the start of her own company.
